ASK ANGELS FOR HELP

Many people believe that they have an angel who looks after them. Our own angels and guides watch over us and support us in our day to day lives. These angels are called Guardian Angels, and there are millions of them!

Did you know that there were many different types of angels? As well as angels that have charge over human souls, there are angels for just about every task that you could think of. There are angels in charge of our waterways, angels who watch over the passage of the moon and angels in charge of things such a world peace. There are even angels that can help you to move house and write letters!

Don't ever be afraid of asking an angel for help. You won't be taking them away from a greater task. Angels are not ruled by time and space in the way that we are, and can easily be in many places at once. If you need an angel's help, just ask.

Here is a list of common problem areas and the angels that you can call upon to help you.

Communicating with your angels is a personal thing but it is useful to have a place to start! Here are some ideas to inspire you.

1. Write down the name of the angel you need on a piece of paper. Place it under your pillow last thing at night. That way you will be 'sleeping' on the task at hand. Ask the angels to help you morning and night until you see your way clear.

2. Print out the name of your angel on a piece of card (the size of a business card) and have it laminated. Carry it with you in a wallet or purse and every time you look at the card it will bring your request to the front of your mind, keeping your helper's name freshly in your mind.

3. Use a picture or postcard of an angel as a focus for your request. Write down your problem on the back of the card. This literally and symbolically leaves the angel 'on top' of the problem.

You don't have to use any specific words or phrases to do this and sometimes it is better to work 'from the heart.' But always write your request in such a way that it seems as if the problem has already been solved.

Use the phrase, 'Thank you angels for helping me solve this problem.'

Did you know that angels can help with our hobbies and even assist us in the workplace? Each angel has guardianship over different types of skills. The Archangel Gabriel is one of the better known angels and it is the angel Gabriel who went to Mary to give her the news that she was carrying the baby Jesus. Forever after, Gabriel was associated with the role of communicator. Gabriel is the patron of postal workers and in fact all communicators!

The Archangel Michael has long been associated with protection and guardianship. Paintings and statues the world over feature Michael carrying a flaming sword, and often dressed ready for battle. Michael is the patron of police officers, and the armed forces, for obvious reasons!

Although some people prefer to call on the angels using specific rituals and practices, it is ok to do what feels right for you. If you like to pray to your angels every night before you go to bed then do that. If you find it easier to talk to your angels whilst you are out in nature, then that's fine too. Do you like to meditate at home on your own? Or ask your angels to give you a message in your dreams? do it ..............what u want is the right ritual ..........

If you can't remember the right angel for the job, love ,relationship,exams,health..............anything...... don't worry. Just ask for '...the ask angel for the task,' and the right angel will be found for you herself . Know it will be done. Let the angels find a solution for you - they often come up with something much better than we can think of on our own!

                                                           GOD BLESS YOU

                                                                    AMEN

CRYSTALS CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE

Crystals are particularly good at helping us adapt to changes in energy frequencies created through stressful situations. There seems to be a crystal for every form of stress including financial (Citrine), relationships (Rose Quartz) and burnout (Smokey Quartz). Having a large crystal in a room can also help reduce stress, by reducing negative energies and harmonizing imbalanced energy patterns. By wearing the crystals through out the day, preferably as a full necklace, as a pendant, or in a small pouch at the Heart Chakra; the vibrations of the crystals will continue to affect areas of the imbalance, restoring a positive state where the imbalance has occurred. The effects of crystal healing at the emotional and psychological levels are subtle, yet are often noticed more by others than yourself!

Amethyst

Keep an Amethyst cluster at your desk or in your therapy room to transmute negative energy. Amethyst helps you think and act at your highest level. It's good for promotions (spiritual), and reduces tension headaches. Wear an Amethyst pendant continuously for migraine prevention and for alleviating arthritic pain. It clears negativity and promotes feelings of peace.

Citrine

The "Success Stone" - Citrine encourages a bright outlook and happiness. It attracts wealth and joy. Keep a piece in your wallet to enrich your holdings. It can help stabilize emotions and soothe family problems. Citrine is also good for improving stress-related digestive problems.

Clear Quartz

Clear Quartz can be worn as a crystal pendant to deflect radiation from going to your body. Quatrz is an excellent general physical system fortifier and protector. It increases mental clarity. Hold a clear crystal at your solar plexus and breath evenly for several minutes to calm your emotions, to relax the body, to clear the mind, and to refresh your energy. Stare into the crystal to clear writer's block and to increase creativity.

Fluorite

Fluorite - a stone to unblock stuck energies. For digestive systems problems use the yellow/green colour combination. For pains in the skeletal and muscular system, use the blue/white colour combination. For head area complaints, use the purple/clear combination. For asthma, wear the green Fluorite. To help congested mental thoughts, use a purple cluster in your work area, or position a cluster at your crown chakra while sleeping.

Hematite

"The Anti-Stress Stone". Hematite reflects back negative energies to the sender (so you don't end up taking them on yourself). Hematite dissolves the issues when one meets with confrontation. Hematite is magnetic and can be used for physical healing. Tape a small piece over the leg and back areas to reduce pain and to increase electromagnetic circulation. Hematite helps balance the meridians and reduces feeling of imbalance.

Lepidolite

"The Stress Stone". This crystal is light pink-purple with mica flakes, and like Hematitie repels negative energies. As a pink crystals, it works on the Heart chakra for integration and acceptance of what we resist most (change). It is a compassionate cyrstal, opening us up to the Love of All. This crystal also helps open up the lungs, so we can breath in the winds of change.

Malachite

Malachite is excellent for Type A personalities and for those prone to heart disease and stresses to internal organs. It helps to detoxify the liver and to increase blood circulation. Malachite is excellent for breaking up old energy patterns. Use it with Rose Quartz to soften the effects of a broken heart! Due to the toxic copper content of this stone, keep Malachite away from pets and children. This stone is for external use only.

Rose Quartz

"The Love Stone" - Rose Quartz is very protective and soothing for many issues. Place a large chunk of the stone at your Heart Centre for 15 minutes to relax after a stressful day. Rose Quartz helps to unblock anxiety and to promote healing of private emotional issues. It allows one to become more receptive and open to challenges.

Sodalite

"The Stone of Peace" - This dark blue crystal with white calcium flecks or veins is perfect for helping to release tight muscles and mental conjestion. Sodalite will also help to clear up that "lump in the throat", a symptom of repressed anger and unspoken words of negativity. It helps to relax mental thoughts especially at night time, so sleep with a few under your pillow.

Crystals are decorative, potent and fascinating. They have magical powers and properties. They generate, store, regulate, transmit and transform energy. Putting out ‘good vibes’ they harmonize the atmosphere, or your body. Taking in energy, they cleanse the environment and your aura, and provide protection. Many crystals, such as Black Tourmaline or Amazonite, have a structure that absorbs energy. This means that the crystal hold onto detrimental energies such as electromagnetic ‘smog’, or negative thoughts and ill-wishing, and counteracts their detrimental effect.

Crystals can be programmed to radiate ‘good vibes’ out into your environment, which makes them ideal for enhancing your home, your car or workplace. They can attract prosperity, love, friendship and anything you can imagine into your life.
The ability of crystals to focus energy means that they can be used for specific tasks, such as directing healing energy to a point on the body or to an emotional blockage.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS LIFE

The power of a positive attitude allows you to adapt, change and also evolve. With a positive attitude, you enjoy your work, achieving a greater degree of team work and also realise work, personal and relationship goals. Thus, once you start implementing these ideas, you'll be in a better mood today, tomorrow and always. Remember, attitude is all about choice. So make the choice today to usher in the positive.

Here are few tips that will help you build a positive attitude:

1.Change your focus and sniff positivity

Focus on only the positives in life, banishing negativity. Begin by finding the good in others instead of the flaws and you will feel positive. It’s what you make life to be. But remember, looking for the positive doesn’t mean you always overlook faults. Wrongs are wrongs, even in a positive environ.

2.Be grateful

Count your blessings, not your troubles. Take time out for the small pleasures in life and you will have innumerable reasons to be grateful. Actually remaining focused about complaining never helps. Rather by cribbing about things we don’t have, we miss out the things we have. Always be thankful for what you have, but never get complacent.

3.Stop procrastinating

Give up procrastination for doing things now. Make it your habit so that you don’t have regrets later. Procrastination often results in negativity fatiguing you more. The completion of a task fills you with joy and energy. To be positive, get into the habit of living in the present and doing it now.

4.Keep off the negative influences

With so much provocation, it’s difficult to keep away negativity. Moreover peer pressure is killing. Lack of self esteem culminates in smoking, substance abuse, taking to alcohol, pornography and even resorting to profanity. But these are no permanent solutions. Rather, building self esteem helps. Self-esteem is how we feel about ourselves and feeling good, results in improved performance.

5.Start liking the things that need to be done

Some things need to be done irrespective of the fact whether we like them or not. So, when we learn to like the task, the impossible becomes possible. As its said "Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible."

6.Start your day positively

Begin the day by being positive. After a good night’s sleep, you need to get into that mood so that the whole day is positive. Morning mood sets the tone for the day, putting you in the right frame of mind to make every moment of the day positive. And to bring about change, make positive thoughts a part of your life. As its said "If you are going to change your life, you need to start immediately and do it flamboyantly." Thus, embrace positivity to chart your success.

7.Be an eternal learner

We get education but we are often not truly educated. Intellectual education influences the head while value-based education impacts the heart. But education that doesn’t train the heart is dangerous. Education that builds the fundamental traits of character like honesty, compassion, courage and responsibility is essential. Gathering value-based knowledge for development is of utmost importance.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

The fast pace of life is taking toll on every city dweller, right from students to home makers and workers to managers, every body is hit by the bug of the stress. Modern technological development and communication aids are adding to the stress because of their high speed. Traveling, exams, admissions etc. at times are too stressful for students as well as parents living hectic lifestyle. Stressed individuals are paying heavy toll in terms of health and well being as they are more prone to stress induced diseases such as headaches, upset stomach, rashes, insomnia, ulcers, high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Most people get trapped into the vicious circle of stress induced diseases and find it difficult to tackle it at later stage. Hence it is very important for us to learn to manage the stress.
So what is stress?
Stress is an individual's perception and assessment of the environment. It depends on how one perceives the situation. The positive perception is called eustress while negative perception will lead to distress. The amount of stress at which each individual functions most effectively is unique to each individual and it is known as optimum stress level (OSL).
Any response, mental or physical, which adversely affects performance, is called negative stress response.

That which creates stress is called stressor. There are different types of lifestyle stressors:

Performance Stressors: These are situations where one is stressed to perform, viz. Driving a car, public speaking, performance appraisal, big events in one's life viz. Exams, marriage etc.

Threat Stressors: These are situations perceived as dangerous, viz.: Riots, War, High risk sport, accidents etc.

Boredom Stressors: These are situations which are perceived and assessed as lacking in physical or mental stimulation, Viz. Household chores, Routine factory work etc.

Frustration Stressors: These are situations which are perceived and assessed as being undesirable but beyond one's power to control, Viz. Govt. Taxation.

Bereavement Stressors: Loss of relationship, Death of loved one, losing a Job, possession or Reputation, dignity etc.

Physical Stressors: Actual physical damage viz. breaking limbs, suffering from disease or infection, working in conditions where extreme temperature and pollution exists which can not be avoided.

Effect of Positive Stress:

As we have seen, positive stress adds anticipation and excitement to life, and we all thrive under a certain amount of stress. Deadlines, competitions, confrontations, and even our frustrations and sorrows add depth and enrichment to our lives. Our goal is not to eliminate stress but to learn how to manage it and how to use it to help us. Insufficient stress acts as a depressant and may leave us feeling bored or dejected; on the other hand, excessive stress may leave us feeling "tied up in knots." What we need to do is find the optimal level of stress which will individually motivate but not overwhelm each of us. If you are experiencing stress symptoms, you have gone beyond your optimal stress level; you need to reduce the stress in your life and improve your ability to manage it.

So, how do we manage stress?

As there are many sources of stress, there are many possibilities for its management. However, all require work towards change. As stress is an individual's perception and assessment of the environment, one needs to look into the possibility of changing one’s perception and the reaction to it. In fact, the ideal change will be to convert our reaction to response. So what is the difference between reaction and response? Reaction is habitual, uncontrolled, and impulsive while response is well thought, contemplated act with awareness. A responsible person responds and never reacts. Responsibility is one’s ability to respond.
How do we proceed?

1. Awareness of Stressors: Become aware of your stressors. Watch your physical and emotional reactions to stressors. Do you become nervous or physically upset? Notice the situations and events that create high levels of stress. Understand how your body responds to the stress.

2. Breath awareness: Bring your attention to your breath. Breath awareness will make you more aware to notice various aspects of stress, situation and its effects on your body-brain system. Breath awareness will bring the understanding of the dominant nostril. At any given time, we have one dominant nostril and one blocked nostril. The dominance and the blockage can be of varied degrees.

3. Change the dominant nostril: This is one of the oldest secret of “Shiv Swarodaya” or Swar Yoga. As you become aware of stress and the dominant nostril, simplest thing to do now is to block the dominant nostril by pressing thumb on that nostril and breathe through the other nostril for twenty one times. Normally this is sufficient to change the nostril and stop the setting in of the stress. This simple method works in a miraculous manner to manage stress!

4. Practice “Nirmal Kriya”: Nirmal Kriya is one of the most powerful methods to eliminate stress instantly. It takes only half a minute to practice it. Here is how you go about it…

Start with a couple of deep breaths. Now start with four short breaths and end with a long breath. During the long breath exhalation, create friction in the throat region. (This is known as Ujjayi Pranayam). This makes the train of five connected breaths. Repeat such train five times and you have completed 25 connected breaths Nirmal Kriya. You can do it standing, sitting or sleeping positions. You can repeat it every hour or anytime you feel you are drifting into the stressful situation.

5. Change your Attitudes: Become more positive towards stress management. Look at every situation in a positive manner, including the stressful situations. In fact we learn our best lessons of life from the worst situations!

6. Set your Goals right: Practice SMART Goal setting. Let each of your goal be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound. Pursue realistic goals which are meaningful to you, rather than goals others have for you that you do not share.

7. Manage your Time: Practice Time management techniques and manage your life accordingly. Prepare the list of things to do every day morning. Set your priorities right. Follow your own system to the extent possible and also be flexible to change your system to suit your new environment

8. Improve your EQ: Emotional quotient is based on Emotional Intelligence. Reduce the intensity of your emotional reactions to stress. The stress reaction is triggered by your perception of emotional danger. Are you viewing your stressors in exaggerated terms? Are you over-reacting and viewing things as absolutely critical and urgent? Work at adopting more moderate views; try to see the stress as something you can cope with rather than something that overpowers you. Put the situation in perspective.

9. Take care of your body: Exercise for cardiovascular fitness three to four times a week Moderate, prolonged rhythmic exercise is best, such as walking, swimming, cycling, or jogging. Practice Yoga regularly. Eat well-balanced, nutritious meals. Maintain your ideal weight. Avoid nicotine, excessive caffeine, and other stimulants. Get enough sleep. Be as consistent with your sleep schedule as possible.

10. Take it easy: Mix leisure with work. Take breaks and get away whenever you can.

Develop some mutually supportive friendships and relationships. Frustrations, failures, and sorrows are part of our life, for learning lessons. Always be kind and gentle with yourself, be a friend to yourself.

MIRACLES THAT CHANGE LIFE

Life is full of little miracles, we just have to open ourselves up to what is actually around us. At times it is easy to not notice how amazing life is around us due to our hectic lifestyles many of us have created for ourselves.

Have you ever been guilty of saying that life sucks and you are praying for a miracle? Would you be shocked if I told you that little miracles were all around you every day but you are just not looking in their direction? It’s true, they are there and they are happening here, there, and everywhere.

Our little miracles in life are what makes life an enjoyable experience–a bonus to coming here to live out our mission and purpose. I guess you could say it’s like icing on the cake, but if you are not open to how simple they are, you probably won’t believe me. At times, we complicate things to a point of being ridiculous. Often we have the idea that miracles have to be like something out of a movie.............

So what does a little miracle look like? It isn’t just one type of thing. It ranges from the moment you look at your beautiful baby’s eyes for the very first time and you realize that love at first site really does exist and to listen to a child laughing, is there anything more beautiful? Or when you are having a really horrible day and you past someone on the street and all they do is give you a genuine smile and immediately you feel relief and a spark of joy in your heart.

A miracle is defined as an unexpected event attributed to divine intervention. It can be anything that the divine has sent to you in a form of comfort……fireworks don’t have to be going off or a person glowing with some holy light of some kind….but something that was sent for you in the form of comfort, inspiration, or guidance through any means that catches your attention, whether it be a person, a book, some kind of image, or just a strong feeling.

No matter what we think, even when things get difficult and you feel that any kind of divine source has forgotten about you, you have not been. Look around for the little miracles that have been sent just for you...............................MAY BE THEY ARE IN FORM OF FRIENDS THEY WILL CUM AND WILL HELP YOU ........TRUST YOURSELF AND BE POSITIVE FOR EVERYTHING THAT COMES ..........

TRUST YOURSELF AND FEEL THE CHANGES IN LIFE

Everyone has something in their life that they would like to change. Nobody's life circumstances and environment are perfect. But what do you tend to tell yourself about these circumstances? Often it's easy to fix blame on others. Consider, however, that your feelings are not caused by your cranky boss, or the construction on the street, or your inconsiderate friend; but rather your feelings are caused by what you TELL yourself about your circumstances.

What you think about your circumstances may keep you stuck in a bad situation. That is why recognizing the lies you tell yourself is very important. These lies prevent you from being as powerful as you really are.

1. Expecting Quick Results.

It's true, we have all seen our lives change in a heartbeat - sometimes an upturn, and sometimes a downturn. But generally success is a longer road that takes daily work to make it a reality. It will happen. Don't expect it to happen overnight, but expect it to happen. Don't give up. Powerful Results come from taking baby steps, one after another, day after day, until you reach your goal.

2. Complaining is OK.

The Law of Attraction states that life reflects back to you whatever you expend. If you have a habit of complaining, you will attract more complainers to you. a big saying , "you reap what you sow."Powerful Results come from planting the seeds for what you want to grow.

3. Fix It Later

Winners recognize that it doesn't always matter how the hole got in the boat. It matters that it gets fixed so that you can get on with the fishing. However, it DOES matter if you keep running over the same rock day after day, and you are patching the same hole over and over. It is important to find the SOURCE of the hole and stop allowing it to happen. Powerful Results come from creating a lifestyle that supports your desires.

4. Having an *idea* instead of a plan

Did you miss becoming a doctor, or dancer, or chef, or actor, or teacher because you were "absent" the day they were handing out those careers? Of course not. All of those careers require that a person choose to go to school, sometimes for many years; and then many more years to master their craft. If you don't purposefully choose the path to go down, something else will choose it for you. Those who don't create their future, have to endure the future they get. Powerful Results come from creating a plan and getting into action.

5. Ignoring your talents

perfect or customize what you want out of life so that it fits you perfectly...........This means using your natural talents in a way that works best for you, in all that you do. So often we put ourselves into a role or get so busy responding to life's daily crisis, that we end up frustrated with busy work instead of taking the time to sort out what we're good at, let our strengths help us, and then be willing to ask for help with the rest. Powerful Results come from customizing whatever you do so that it's a better fit for you.

6. Having Elusive Goals instead of Do-able Goals

An elusive goal is "save few money for down payment for a car”. There's no strategy or plan associated with that. A do-able goal is "save thousand  every week for one year, beginning this week.” That's a plan of action that has measurable results. Powerful Results come from specific actions that have measurable results.

7. Adopting a attitude.

It's easy to say to yourself that other people and circumstances prevent you from doing something. It's easy to think that they are more powerful than you are, so your penny contribution won't matter in the long run. But this attitude tends to paralyze you, and keep you out of the action of creating better circumstances. Powerful Results come from being honest with yourself, listening to yourself, then doing what needs to be done.
